We respect your privacy and want to keep you fully informed about the ways we collect and use information through your use of our website and our proprietary Internet-based lead management software solution (the “Service”). Homebuilder CRM, LLC. and its affiliates (“we”, “us” or “Homebuilder CRM”) owns and operates the web site at (the “Site”) accessible through the Internet. We care about the privacy of each user of the Site (“you” or a “user”). 


This Privacy Policy gives you specific information about how we protect your privacy, how we treat information that identifies an individual user (referred to as “Personal Information”) as well as how we collect and use aggregate information, and the choices you have.


The Service permits registered users to upload and manage Personal Information about such registered user’s clients and customers (“Customer Data”). Customer Data is collected by you pursuant to your own privacy policies and you (not HomebuilderCRM) are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to legally provide such Customer Data to HomebuilderCRM for use in connection with the Service and as described in the Terms of Service that each registered user (or such registered user’s company) has agreed to as a condition of the use of the Service. We have the right to use the Customer Data as described in this Privacy Policy and also as described in the Terms of Service.




Collection and Use of Information


In order to use some of the features of the Site, such as requesting marketing or other information from us, we ask you to provide us with certain Personal Information, which may include name, address, email, telephone number, company affiliation, and title. We use this information to respond to your request and to send you information that we think may be of interest to you about new developments in the Service or other matters.


In addition, we may give you access to register for, login to and access the Service through the Site. In order to register for the Service you must create a user account which requires you to provide us with certain Personal Information, such as your name, address, email, telephone number, company affiliation, and title, in addition to agreeing to the Terms of Service. You will also be required to create a username and password for your user account on the Service, which you must keep confidential. We use this information to verify authorized users’ access to the Service, to provide you with the Service and to send you information that we think may be of interest to you about new developments in the Service or other matters.


We use Personal Information as well as the information described in the Section entitled “Cookies, Log Files etc.” in order to better understand your needs and to improve the Site, Service and our business. We may also enhance or merge the Personal Information with data obtained from third parties for the same purposes.

HomebuilderCRM may also collect information during your visit to the Site through information gathering tools and technologies (including browser cookies, pixels, beacons, and Adobe Flash technology including cookies). These tools may collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, click stream behavior (i.e. the pages you view, the links you click), and other actions you take in connection with the Site. HomebuilderCRM may also use some of these information-gathering tools in connection with certain HomebuilderCRM distributed alerts or emails and therefore may collect information using these tools when you open the email or click on a link contained in the email. We may also refer to this information, such as tracking information collected with cookies and web beacons, to analyze the performance of, and make improvements to, the Site, Service or our other businesses or products.


We may use “session” cookies and other tracking technologies to store preferences you select during each session in which you visit the Site. These cookies are pieces of information sent by the Site to your browser and are stored on your computer’s hard drive until you close your browser.


In addition, like many websites, we use log files to keep track of overall website information and to improve the Site. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Site, track how users use the Site, and gather broad demographic information.


How we share your information

HomebuilderCRM does not sell, rent or share your Personal Information with non-affiliated third parties without your prior consent, except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We do share Personal Information with third party service providers and suppliers who assist us in providing the Site and Service to you or that assist us in providing the products or services supported through the Site and Service, such as providers of hosting services. The providers and suppliers agree to use the information only to perform the services for us or as required by law.


We may also disclose Personal Information (a) if we have a good faith belief that the law requires it (such as in connection with a subpoena, court order etc.), (b) to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, HomebuilderCRM or third parties, (c) if we believe that you have violated this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service or other applicable terms of this Site or the Service, or (d) if we believe such disclosure will prevent a crime from occurring. We may also transfer Personal Information to a successor to HomebuilderCRM or the Site or Service in connection with a merger, consolidation, asset sale or other change of ownership.


Permitted Users; Children’s privacy

The Site and Service are directed to adults ages 21 or older. HomebuilderCRM does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and does not target the Site to children under 13.


Updating Your Information

In order to provide the Service, we need to have accurate and current information about you. If a user’s Personal Information changes (such as your email), you should add new information or delete any outdated information from your account by logging in and going to the User section of the account.



We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect the Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here, with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes to the Privacy Policy, we may also notify you by other means, such as sending an email or posting a notice on the Site login page. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of the Site and/or Service ten (10) days after the effective date of such change, constitutes your acceptance to the modified terms of the Privacy Policy.


Links to Third Party websites

We may provide links from the Site to other web sites that are not owned or managed by HomebuilderCRM. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the linked third party web sites, and the privacy policies that do apply to such third party site may differ from our policies. The third party operator of the web site (and not us) is responsible for the information collection, use and disclosure practices of those third party web sites. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information.


California Privacy Rights
